The Cayman Islands Basketball Association is a Non-Profit Organization that is the Governing Body for Basketball in the Cayman Islands. Its membership comprises of more than 750 active athletes and organizes leagues for the following age groups annually.

Under 12 (Primary School) Boys and Girls Leagues
Under 14 Boys and Girls Leagues
Under 16 Boys and Girls Leagues
Under 19 Boys and Girls Leagues
Senior Women’s League
Senior Men’s League Divisions 1, 2 and 3.

C.I.B.A. Also has national youth and senior teams that compete annually in regional or international tournaments
